This is a form of therapy centred around emotions and presence.

Embodiment and experience of the multiple aspects of self, useful for working with the inner critic, disembodiment, understanding shadow or disowned parts of our self, understanding and changing beliefs that no longer serve us.
Dream Work, Active Imagination & Jungian Archetypes
More traditional forms of psychotherapy based on a Jungian approach.
S.E.E.L (State Enhanced Exploration and Learning )
This is similar to hypnosis, except that it relies less on suggestion and more on what you want to focus on.
Focusing
A cutting-edge form of therapy which brings the issue into awareness with open, non-judgemental attention, and transforming it through the use awareness in the body and symbols.
